If you’re not moving, and getting a connection failure message, that means your home trainer’s Bluetooth connection to Zwift is failing. Maybe contact the maker of the trainer? Also, make sure nothing else is connected to the trainer, since it probably only supports one connection.

In theory more flexible components convert more watts into movement and heat, meaning fewer watts get to the wheels. Unless you’re putting out huge watts or are very heavy/strong I wouldn’t stress too much.

Every other week there appears to be another racing setup and I confuses as to which which rase series I should attend – essentially what series should I start on and which should I avoid (as a new under powered racer)?

You can change the way your name appears in-game any time through the Companion app.

I am a lighter female rider. When I sign up for an event it gives me a warning if I rave cat C. I get killed in B. What do I do here? any advice is great. thanks.

All challenges that the revert learns to love.
